Ginga OC: Harper

Harper, as you can see, is a Golden Retriever (and I don't care if they're overrated, they're one of my favorite breeds). She was born in North America in a Golden Retriever breeding kennel, but as a puppy, she was shipped off to a buyer in Japan. Knowing how much her daughter will miss her, Harper's Mother gives her her scarf to remember her by.

Harper did have a nice life with her new owner, but one day, a group of Japanese mobsters come into their house because he didn't give them enough protection money for the month. Harper tries to protect her master, but she is shot and her owner is killed. Injured, the Golden Retriever runs away into the wild.

One day, Weed and GB of the Ohu army finds her and notices the gunshot wound in her right flank. Despite Harper's reluctance, she agrees to let them take her to a human town so she can get medical treatment. Once Harper was fully healed, GB went back for her and helped her escape.

Harper decides to live in Ohu with GB as his mate.

She may be a female, but she's tough and very quick to anger when her friends or GB are hurt. When she's not busy fighting, she's also excellent at babysitting puppies. She doesn't really like GB tries to back out of a fight and will always try to "encourage" him by threatening to castrate him in front of the others (although she says she's only joking).
