NPC Suggestion: The Hellfire Gang

The Hellfire Gang is a pack of juvenile Houndour of both genders led by a Shiny Houndoom named Hades. They are rivals to the Slasher Gang.

Unlike Slasher, Hades cares about his pack mates and would gladly give his life for theirs. However, he doesn't like the thought of having to give up his leadership. He only cares for the younger ones and the females in the group. If a male Houndour becomes old enough to try and challenge him, he sends them into exile. When the female Houndour become old enough and evolve into female Houndoom, Hades mates with them. The female pups are raised by the female Houndoom, while Hades raises the males to become fighters. He still forces them into exile when they become young adults, though.
