OP: Blizzard Frenzy Mode

A "stronger" form that Blizzard goes into, but only if he's under great stress and is desperate.

Blizzard's "Frenzy" mode is like Luffy's Gear Second. It makes him faster and stronger.

However, it does more harm than good.

When Blizzard goes into "Frenzy" mode, he acts the same way he did when he first fought with the Marines. Blizzard attacks in a berserker rage, unable to tell friend from foe.

The reason why are the huge veins that appear on hs body. They are actually enlarged arteries that continue to pump blood to keep him energized, but with every pump, it sends Blizzard in great pain and distress, causing him to run amok from the agony.

Plus, the form, like Luffy's Gear Second mode, eats away at his reserves, causing his life-span to shorten.

The only to snap Blizzard out of his rage is to blow his dog whistle. That will cause him to return to his docile state, but he will have no recollection of himself ever going into his "Frenzy".
