Blizzard talking to Luffy about Dragon. In my version of One Piece, Luffy is bitter towards Dragon because he was never there for him, especially after Star's death, and by not telling Aika, Luffy thinks he's protecting her, but Blizzard, worried for both siblings' welfare, confronts the older D. Brother.
Luckily, Aika's in the kitchen, making beef tangerine zest curry, so she's unaware of what's going on...for now.
