This is Blizzard's suit from Armani from One Piece Film Z! Doesn't he look stylish? 
SPOILERS AHEAD!!
This is when the Straw Hats are on the second Endpoint, looking for Z. Blizzard goes to the hot springs with Luffy, Zoro, Sanji, and Brook, and end up meeting with Kuzan there. Blizzard is at first warey of Kuzan, but he begins to trust him a little when he realizes that he's no threat...for the time being.
Blizzard and the others end up finding Z at the volcano, and Blizzard does see Blight, but the blind old Shepherd dog says that it's not time for them to face each other. Not yet, at least.
After Luffy gets injured from a Sea Prism Stone bullet and has his hat stolen from him, Blizzard rushes to his rescue and gets him to the Sea Train station as fast as he can and successfully escapes the eruption with the others.
